What’s unique about DPD over other couriers, is that when you book a home delivery, in addition to full online tracking and notifications, you'll receive an email or text notification with a one-hour slot in which your parcel will be delivered.
If you know that you won’t be home during DPD’s operating hours, you have the option to have your parcel delivered to a DPD parcel shop, locker or depot where you can collect it at a time that's convenient.

What time will DPD deliver my package?
DPD generally deliver Monday-Friday between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm. You will receive a text message or an email confirming the 1h slot in which your parcel will be delivered.

Does DPD deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?
Yes, DPD delivers on both Saturdays and Sundays - just make sure you book your delivery by 12:00 pm on Friday!

When will DPD collect my parcel?
DPD will collect your parcel from your home Monday-Sunday. Simply book your collection slot online via Parcel Monkey’s shipping calculator.

How long does DPD take to deliver?
DPD shipping times will vary depending on where you are shipping from and to. The DPD Drop Off at Store service available in Europe for packages to be shipped to the UK will see that your package is shipped in just 3 working days.
DPD has a great delivery network into Europe so if you are using a DPD Courier Service from the UK, you can expect a package to be delivered in 2-3 days using Air Express services or 3-5 days using DPD Air Classic. DPD Classic is a road service so can offer better value than Air, but add a day or two to the transit time. If saving on the cost of sending a package is more important than transit time - DPD Classic is a great choice.
When shipping from the UK to long-haul destinations, transit times can take a bit longer to popular locations like North America, Asia, and Australia. DPD Air Express will still ship your items in 3-5 days, whereas Classic services can take up to 8 days to some locations.
