What time will Colissimo deliver my package?
Colissimo will deliver Monday-Friday before 6.00 pm (excluding bank and public holidays). Shipping times can vary between 1-2 working days domestically and 2-7 business days internationally.

Does Colissimo deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?
Currently, Colissimo only operates between Monday-Friday.

When will Colissimo collect my parcel?
Colissimo is a 'Drop Off' parcel delivery service, which allows you to drop your parcel off at any La Poste location where it is then collected by a courier and delivered to your target destination. They don’t currently offer home collection services, but you can drop your parcel off at the Post Office, or any Colissimo locker near you.
