Track a UPS package

UPS offer a wide range of delivery services allowing customers to post packages of all shape and size via their networks. From Ground shipping to Express, small packages dropped at Access Points to pallets using Freight networks - they always provide great UPS tracking so you can monitor all of your deliveries with ease. 

Do I get UPS tracking when I book with Parcel Monkey? 

The Parcel Monkey shipping calculator allows you to find the best prices for the best services for your package, including the UPS. Even though our UPS rates are cheaper than you can book directly, you still get the same level of service including UPS tracking. 

You can access this via your PMS shipment number that is provided at the time of booking and any tracking will be shown via our tracking tool. You can also take the shipping number from the UPS label we provide and track a package directly on the UPS website to up to date with your deliveries. 

Share the UPS tracking number

When you book a premium tracked delivery services and you get access to detailed tracking information which can be shared with the recipient so that they too can follow the package until it has been delivered to them. You should also provide a local contact number at the time of booking so the courier can contact them if required to resolve any problems.

Can I get a UPS tracking order number if I drop off?

A UPS tracking order number will be provided even if you drop off at a local UPS store. Many of our customers like to book a courier pick up as it saves a trip to the UPS store, but for others it is easier to drop off and tracking will still be supplied by UPS from the moment  the package is dropped off until it is delivered.
