Shipsurance is our third-party shipping insurance provider that offers additional coverage on your UPS and USPS (Domestic) packages. It ensures that your shipments are protected against loss or damage during transit, providing some extra peace of mind for both senders and recipients.

With Shipsurance now available with Parcel Monkey, you get peace of mind and reassurance when sending packages with UPS or USPS. Whether you’re sending within the US or overseas, Shipsurance will always offer protection on your delivery.

How does Shipsurance work?

When you book and purchase a shipping label through Parcel Monkey, you have the option to add Shipsurance coverage to your shipment. This coverage provides reliable protection for the declared value of your package. Coverage with Shipsurance is available for shipments valued between $101 and $2000 booked exclusively with UPS and USPS (Domestic) services. In the event of loss or damage, you can file a claim with us to receive compensation for the insured amount.

Can I purchase Shipsurance for international shipments?

Yes, Shipsurance coverage is available for both domestic and international shipments. Whether you're sending a package across town or the world, you can add Shipsurance coverage to your delivery to ensure comprehensive protection against loss or damage.
