Customs advice for shipping to Indonesia
Customs requirements
When you ship to Indonesia from the USA you will be required to complete a customs declaration form clearly detailing the contents of your package. This is included in the Parcel Monkey booking process.
Duties and taxes may be applied to your package when it reaches Indonesia. Please ensure you provide contact details for the recipient so customs can contact them for payment.
Please note that mobile phones, cell phones, handheld or electronic devices can be shipped to Indonesia, but these are restricted to a maximum of 2 items with a value of US$15 per shipment.
Prohibited items
In addition to the standard items which are prohibited from import (narcotics, explosives, pornography, weapons, dangerous goods), Indonesian authorities have also specified that politically sensitive material will not be admitted to Indonesia.
The list below can be used as a guide to common items which can't be shipped to Indonesia, however, you should check with the Indonesian customs authority for a full list.
