What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Packages from time to time can be damaged in transit, so this is why it is imperative that you pack them correctly to reduce the risk.
If your package has arrived and it is damaged, you will need to log in to your account and next to the order, hit the report a problem button.
We can then step in to assist you and begin the damaged process to rectify your issue with the carrier and the claims team.
