How do I get my shipping label for my package?

You can get your shipping labels in two ways: print them out from your Parcel Monkey account, or from the shipping confirmation email. To print them from your account, go to My Account > Orders.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Attach labels securely to the outside of the package so couriers can scan and deliver it properly.

• For international services such as DHL eCommerce, the label may show only a US address. The courier will attach the international label before it is posted overseas.

• All courier selections through the shipping calculator include labels.

• A printer is required to book with Parcel Monkey.

For international shipments, customs documents are also available in the same location and need to be attached to the outside of the package before shipping.
