What documents are needed to ship outside of the EU?
When you ship from the EU to an international destination, the customs documentation you need is provided automatically during the booking process. Our shipping calculator collects the details required and pre-fills your documents as you book, so there is very little for you to do.
To make sure your parcel clears customs without delays, keep the following in mind:
Provide a detailed description of your package contents (for example, "1x Red T-Shirt" rather than a generic term like "clothing").
Review the prohibited items list before shipping to avoid customs delays or having your package disposed of.
