Parcel not delivered.....

Yet again I have been let down by this courier service. It is stated when booking that the parcel will be delivered in 2-5 business days. We are now at day 8 and the parcel has still not reached its destination. There is no tracking information available either so I have no idea what has happened to it.

Package grom France to Poland

The tracking system was not updated and I didn’t know where my package was, but finally it arrived on time (it took a week from France to Poland ) and in great condition. Highly recommend.
