Very happy - sent a boxed up racing bicycle in a large box. Easy to book online, dropped off at local post office in France and parcel arrived safely in Ireland well within the specified time. And it was less than half the price of just sending directly from the same post office!

insurance claim against a damaged parcel

i sent this parcel and it was smashed to pieces on route to its destination
My client contacted me and together we opened a insurance claim
I proceeded to send my client a second set of goods and pay for a second parcel to be sent
i opened a insurance claim with Vallerie and was asdked to provide evidence and documentation etc which i spent half a day doing as was told the info provided was fine
i then heard nothing back
therefor i am still waiting your reply
