Insufficient tracking details. My parcel was delivered to South Norwood, having been sent from near Perpignan, while according to the tracking it had been in Roissy for 2 days.

The process was flawless. I was able to track my package and received an email once it was delivered. There were no delays and no issues. Will use this service again

DO NOT USE CHRONOPOST

DO NOT USE CHRONOPOST. I chose their tracked service to send a parcel from France to the UK. The tracking was very rarely updated, I attached all the required customs paperwork but eventually the tracking info said it was being returned to sender. This morning I checked the tracking and it still said that it was at the Chronopost depot at the airport. Late morning I discovered my parcel had been left outside the gates to my property, on the road, on the ground, in the dirt and wet. I checked the tracking again and it still said that it was at the Chronopost depot at the airport. There was no explanation as to why the parcel had been returned to me. The parcel had clearly been thrown around, the corners were all damaged and even the protective packaging INSIDE the parcel was all damaged because it had been so severely thrown around! DO NOT USE CHRONOPOST. I posted the parcel on the 5th May and I found it outside on the road on the 14th May, shocking service!!!!
