Rubbish service

Parcel was dropped off at local collection point - took a whole week and then it was delivered back to me - not to where I had posted it! No explanation, no help, no response from Chronopost after going via Parcel Monkey customer service team, no refund. Had to pay again and use an alternative company.

Rubbish. Parcel not tracked in transit...no idea where it is after 12 days.
