This is my first time using Parcel Monkey as my daughter told me about it, I needed to send a parcel from France to the Isle of Wight where my daughter lives, so I went online and put all the details required, couldn’t believe how easy it was to print label and I opted to drop off at our local post office and on Friday 23rd August 2019 they scanned the barcode and that was it. Bearing in mind On Monday 26th was a bank holiday, my daughter received the parcel on Tuesday 27th, I had a text saying that morning your driver will deliver from 12.04 and 1.04 and not kidding you it arrived 12.04. I honestly am so impressed with the whole process and of course the cost was excellent. Will definitely be using again very soon.
