AWFUL SERVICE & EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

There was never any tracking after i dropped off the parcel and the parcel was lost. The customer service contact was useless and took days to get back to me. She eventually called me at a point when i was unable to take her call and was consequently rude. if i could give this service 0* rating, i would have done so.

Regarding having no tracking information, you can use our online tracking on our website and input your order number to see the full tracking event, or you can as our support team, however i am truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations and we would like to sincerely apologise again.
