Don't use this service!

My package was determined lost after 4 months. I heard from 5 different customer service representatives who all gave vague answers to the status of my refund. It has been over 6 months since they lost my package. I've provided all the documentation they have requested (short from the receipt since I didn't think to hold on to it for 6 months) and they still refuse to refund my shipping costs and reimburse me for the property they lost. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Horrible business.
