THEY LOST MY PACKAGE

I sent an iphone on January 2nd to from the United States to Sri Lanka. The service has been absolutely horrible. Now it's completely lost, with no refund or responsibility. No one has had any idea where it is. Not only was my valuable possession lost because I trusted this provider, but I was still charged for this service. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY.

It’s been 5 months and my package has not been returned to me after being refused at the destination. Absolutely miserable lack of communication and ungodly wait times.
Update 3/20
