We used DHL courier service through Parcel Monkey to ship something to our son who lives in Germany. The rate was much cheaper than the USPS and shipment arrived within 15 days of when we filled out the shipping info. Very satisfied with this service.

My package was shipped in August of 18 and shows delivered. I’m currently fighting PayPal o er this issue and 60 bucks and haven’t been able to use PayPal for a hot minute. NOW your partner parcel monkey claims to have it and if I’d like it back I , ME, have to PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. REALLY. ID RATE 0 BUT THATS NOT HOW RATINGS WORK. SIX MONTHS AND IM OUT MORE MONEY. WHAT A JOKE
It’s been listed on TRACKING, that first attempted delivery was unsuccessful. And second attempt was DELIVERED. I get no update, no coorespondance for 3 months, after it took 3 months to be delivered when the quoted time was definitely 15 days or less. But you can see the currier held it? For 3 months? And, now, what’s being done with my package? Because seriously, it shouldnt take more than 5 days return from Jamaica, queens. And to ask for paid return shipping.....write return to sender on the package and drop it in the box.
My mind. I’d blown.
