Terrible

Terrible. Sent package Nov 20 and it still has not been delivered. False promise of service. I don't think this is DHL's fault. I think it is parcel monkey.

Major Delay in Delivery

It has been over 4 months and unfortunately the package still has not been delivered to its proper destination even though it said it would take 10-15 days to arrive. I am wondering what went wrong in the process and what we can do to fix it so that the package can finally get delivered to its recipient.

We are sorry to hear your parcel was not delivered. Please note that there was no one availble upon delivery, so the parcel was held by the courier for collection. I am afraid that because the collection by the recipient did not happen, this is currently being returned to sender.
