Great Price , Successful Delivery, But No Tracking!
By Lisa T on 06/29/18
Great price for an international delivery of a package! I give this Four Stars because I benefitted from easy access to one of the many DHL locations, the packaging and customs forms were easy to fill out and I received quick service from their location partner (Office Depot). Best of all - the package was delivered and relatively inexpensively - my two most important performance dimensions. The missing star is because I could not track the package whatsoever. (This lack of service may be due to the third-party provider- ParcelMonkey- but tracking is so fundamental to a sender's peace of mind - this was an expensive gift sent to Sweden- I have to ding DHL, the larger company in the package delivery process, and the one who has greater control over the entire "sender" user experience.

USPS is faster, cheaper and provides better tracking
By Vitaly Borisenko on 06/27/18
3 stars for two reasons:
#1 - lack of tracking updates!!!!! That is a pure technical thing, guys! I had to contact ParcelMonkey Customer Service to find out the tracking number in DHL system. Why didn't you send me that number (which you already had) so that I don't have to sit and wonder what is happening with my package for several days? No, nothing. Crickets.
#2 - I sent 2 packages with USPS and this one with "ParcelMonkey DHL eCommerce" around same time to see which works better (both USA to UK). Results:
USPS - $14, delivered in 8 days (both packages) with easy tracking updates
DHL eCommerce - $16.17, delivered in 13 days, with no updates, I actually had to apologize to my customer.
Bottom line: USPS was cheaper, faster and had easier tracking. Not using DHL eCommerce any more.
P.s. forgot to mention, DHL had me to fill out additional paperwork and figure out a way to attach it to the package. USPS didn't request that, the declaration was purely online.
