Long delivery time, no issues though

11-22 day delivery, actual delivery of 22 days. I was hoping it wouldn't take so long. I noticved it sitting around not travelling for a number of days during delivery so I feel like it could have easily been sped up.

I would like to see clearer instructions on how a product should be packaged. It was confusing for me whether I should have a package within the package, or if the service will repackage once it is received in your distribution center.
My service was sent via USPS to your facility, and I only had it packaged in one box. I didn't know if this was correct, or whether it needed to be within another package.
Could you add this as instructions on your web site?

I sold an item online and I was able to ship from Baltimore, MD USA to Coogee, Australia within 12 days. I was very impressed. Here is the thing I wasn't aware of that I wasn't going to be able to track the package until the day or the moment before it gets delivered, so you must read the fine prints people. I will be doing business again with these folks.

Saved me $80 or so by shipping to Australia for a reasonable rate. It wasn't fast, but it didn't say it was going to be!
