This is the worst service we had experienced for a long time. Not only from Parcel Monkey as well as DHL (which we called several times to resolve the issue) and they destroyed the package without even trying to find a solution (as it was an international shipping all the customs documents were available to all parties). Nevertheless, the way the parcel was handled had been unacceptable as we had been escalating the issue for months (please see the communication with PM). Nothing had happened, e.g., an intervention or an earnest investigation from PM. We even had been trying to solve the problem with DHL ourselves by contacting them several times, and they told us that only PM could solve the problem as they are the contractor. PM could have avoided the situation if PM had been acting seriously on even one of our requests.
