Stay away - unreliable service

I dropped off 2 packages using the DHL eCommerce service on Apr 16. Both packages are to the UK. Last scan was on Apr 25 when it arrived at Langley in the UK. No more updates since then. I wrote to customer service on May 4, they said they will check. Today is May 7 - Parcel Monkey still has no idea where the packages are at.
DO NOT USE any of the services from Parcel Monkey! Customer service is super slow... takes days to revert and often without an answer to your question nor a solution. Stay away from any service provider that does not provide any customer service number for you to call. Unreliable service as they seem to be totally disconnected with their carrier partners - just read the comments to see how many parcels have gone missing.
If I am to rate this service in comparison to USPS where 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest - It will be 1 for Parcel Monkey and 10 for USPS!Parcel Monkey replied on 05/09/18
