THIS SERVICE IS TOTAL RUBBISH
PARCEL MONKEY DONT EVEN ANSWER EMAILS
WE HAVE LOST A PARCEL AND THERE IS NOBODY TO TALK TO

Ive emailed and chatted to no avail. Shipped 15 packages last month. No arrival nor status updates. Never use again

Package arrived with a lot of damage and it was all wet.
