Better explanation of process needed for new beginners.

Not clear on explanation of process for new beginner. I THINK I now have to wait for DHL or Parcel Monkey to respond with the generation of the shipping label.
Otherwise, it was quick to get a quote and fill out detail.s

Price is really good, but be forewarned, when they say 22 days, they mean 22 days at least and might be even a month.
