REQUESTING REFUND!

The shipment never arrived! And I never received the package back! It looks like it's stuck somewhere in Germany?!?!
I deserve a refund! Total value of purchase was $200 and the total shipping was $40. This is unfair!Parcel Monkey replied on 04/02/20

Thank you for your feedback.
I can confirm that this shipment is not stuck in Germany, but was processed to be returned to shipper in January. Unfortunately, with the service chosen for this order returns are not tracked and take considerably longer than direct shipments -- transit time can take anywhere from a minimum of ten weeks from the return processing date to several months in some cases and since there is no tracking for returns we cannot determine when a parcel will be returned until it arrives at our sorting facility.
Once your package arrives at our facility in NY we will contact you to make arrangements for the return.
