First time.. sent a package to Poland

Used parcel monkey for the first time to send a package from the US to Poland. It was a reasonable price compared to USPS, UPS and FedEx. The service was quick, package was delivered in 10 days instead of 14 days as advertised.
I was a little skeptical at first since my package was sent to a location in Jamaica, NY and tracking a little slow.
I give them 4 stars because package was at destination and they didn't update status online. I had to contact customer service (which replied after 3 hours) and got another localized tracking number which helped me track the package.
I will definitely try them again!
