a frustrating experience

My parcel was delivered after 1 month. It went by mistake to Germany where it sat for 3 weeks, after many attempts via email, phone calls and tracking follow ups, I was able to get clarification and of course rerouted to another company who I had no idea had any participation on the shipment. It was very confusing. All in all before using this system I would venture to say the consumer needs to be informed on the logistics. The package arrived to its destination after on month.

The package has been lost and there has not been any resolution. I have received support from PM but have not been able to get any support from USPS. It is a very frustrating situation.
