DHL Negligence how is parcel monkey willing to support the customers?

the parcel arrived more than a month later than its outside projected date of arrival. It was broken (legs of the sculpture) and as art objects cannot be insured, we paid for unsatisfactory transport and a piece that we have to recreate. As artists we need secure transport and it seems like it's not available. We had double boxed it and there was no movement in the package it was that tightly wrapped and boxed.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience with this order.
Please note that the service selected for this order does use the global postal network and the estimated transit time is 10-16 business days. Based on the date this shipment was dropped off, February 11, the expected delivery window was February 27 - March 6 and this shipment was delivered on March 7.
While packing the item well, as you indicated you had done, is very important, so is the carrier chosen. For higher-valued shipments, we would recommend choosing a carrier such as FedEx or UPS, since they have different handling procedures than the postal network.
