I had the same problem this time that has happened the last two times I have used the service. Somehow they cannot get it through Romanian Customs as a gift, even though the Customs information is clearly marked as a gift. They have harassed the recipient to pay a customs tax, and I have had to write letters to them to tell them it is a gift. Very annoying to both of us.
