Not a good experience

Took over 3 weeks to leave the USA. No tracking provided while in the UK. Package was stuck in UK customs for payment of tariff, but no notification to either me, as the the sender, or to my daughter, as the recipient.

First, it saved me money vs USPS and it was an easy process. But then it took over a month to get from the US to Germany. Then it was saying on my end it was delivered while in all actuality on the other end it had not been delivered. The tracking code i have stateside can not be recognized overseas. I still don't know where my package is and it is March 2nd. I mailed it Jan 25th.

Just to give you an update, today is March 13th and the recipient of my package still does not have it. The tracking code I was given in the mean time to use in Germany says that my package is at customs and a delivery slip will be sent to the recipient. That was about a week and a half ago. The recipient still does not have a slip or the package.Parcel Monkey replied on 03/13/19
