The parcel was delivered by DHL ecommerce within promised time frame. Great service. Twice cheaper than USPS.

Everything ran smoothly until they tried to get the receiver to pay for the package. Same thing happened last time. The GIFT box was checked on the customs declaration that was with the package. Annoying for both me and the receiver to have to submit emails and statements that the package was a gift, when it was clearly marked and sworn it was a gift on the customs declaration.

Long time shipping, customs inspection in Poland. Very unhappy.

Excellent service - one of the least expensive options if you are not in a hurry to get your package there internationally.
