Got there in time - just. Tracking information is slow and limited

To avoid issues this time, I researched and followed closely the customs information to avoid any extra surprise charges. Drop off was easy. Parcel was delivered at the end of the expected window. Tracking information was slow and confusing.

Since the package was dropped off at the USPS I don't know how much was the DHL commerce part(?) I used the 'track your package' app and it was somewhat confusing, since it said the package went from here in CT to NYC, then to NJ, the back to NY then to 3 separate locations back in NJ....then a week later was in UK, then 2 days later delivered. I don't know if that's 'normal' but it was delivered before Christmas eve, and that's all that counts!!

I was sold this service on a 10-16 business day delivery time. It ended up being 20 business days and almost 1 calendar month. I appreciate it is a lower cost service, but that does not mean the committments can just be ignored.
