Never again

Lost my package after being in transit for 4 months (which minimal tracking updates during that time) and refused to refund the value of the contents due to a technicality. Will never use them again.

Don't bother with Parcel Monkey

Worst service ever. Tracking number for DHL provided worked for 1 week, then stopped. Delivery is now 2 months late and it seems my parcel is lost, yet no one can confirm that. My advice, don't bother with parcel monkey, seems more like a scam than a business.

Complete and utter incompetence

Lost a parcel and refused to pay for insurance even 2m after it was supposed to be delivered.
