Got stuck in customs and honestly you all sucked about doing anything about communicating with them to get it out of there.

It wasn't charged and duties or taxes. It got lost at their facility and you all had absolutely nothing to do except tell me to communicate with the post office which speaks Italian.Parcel Monkey replied on 12/11/18

Please note in regards to customs we have no prior knowledge whether they will charge duties and taxes upon arrival. Please note that they are a governing agency and therefore we have no control over there decision.

The service is quoted with a time frame of 11-22 days to deliver a package. My package was shipped off on September 28th 2018. The package was not received until November 13th 2018. If I had known the package would have taken that long, I would have sent the package by boat. Same time frame, cheaper price.

sorry DHL isn't terrible Parcel monkey is. The least u guys can do is show us the tracking # and courier so we dont always have to email and wait for this info

Great price. First use was a bit scary, but it worked fine. Took a bit longer than l'm used to- 21d from US to Japan via Germany. I'll use them again when the opportunity arises.
