I wouldn’t use this service ever again! Use a Reputable Shipper!

This has been the worst shipping experience of my life. They lost my package. They respond with vague answers to specific questions. Then they stopped responding. I’ve had my EBAY account suspended because I had to refund the money for a very expensive item. Parcel Monkey will not tell me who the courier is. They will not give me valid tracking information. It’s almost like they just stole the package. What is the status of my package delivery? It’s been almost two months. When do we start being real and admitting you’ve lost my package and get the refund. You people owe me $159. I’ve been messaging on both the Parcel Monkey USA page and also the Parcel Monkey UK page because they respond to my long detailed messages to, “when we get any information, we’ll contact you.” It’s such a joke. It’d be nice to have someone actually help me and not give the same fake answers. Package delivered? Package Tracking? Or a refund? Do yourself a huge favor and use a reputable shipper.

Hardly worth the few $ of savings

Shipment from CA, USA to VD, Switzerland took a long time. Hardly worth the few $ of savings. The package was mailed on April 18 and was delivered on June 2.

The worst services ever

awful, package and item arrived 3 weeks later, no tracking provided, all destroyed and repacked in a very strange shady fashion. I'm very disappointed and disgusted by the CS as nobody provided me with a logical explanation on why parcel spent 3 weeks in different warehouse and places in NJ and having left on 4/27 arrived at destination on 6/1.

Would give zero stars if I could.
