Avoid this 'service'

Sent the package in March, it's July 11th and it hasn't arrived. Tracking the package never worked. I wish I had paid double the price and shipped from the US Post Office. They replied that I should contact their support team. I am in contact with DHL who tell me this is a scan and that they are investigating to find these guys, their time on this scam is drawing to a close.

Very convenient. I just printed the labels and dropped it at my regular post office. It got to the destination in a decent timing.

Don't use DHL!!!

DHL relabeled my customs form and switched it from "gift" to "other" which them caused my friend to have to pay 20 pounds in customs fees for something that valued at $28!!!!
