At what stage do you take responsibility and actually help your customer???
How long do you expect this to carry on for …..??? It's been 5 months!!!!!
Stop shrugging away from your responsibilities and just refund me - I am sick and tired of dealing with your company. You are a disgrace and absolutely useless at providing any assistance.Parcel Monkey replied on 06/15/18

Everything went relatively smoothly, shipped by ground across the US and Europe, by air across the Atlantic. It took 3 weeks to be delivered after it reached the destination country. The overall shipping time from West Coast US to delivery in Romania was 34 days, which was slightly longer than I had anticipated. Absolutely no problems with the actual package delivery in Romania, much smoother than any other company I have used. Parcel Monkey and DHL eCommerce will be my preferred carriers in the future.

Lost parcel, no reimbursement

This is my second time using Parcel Monkey and both times it's been awful. This time was much worse because you've lost my parcel. It arrived via USPS at the DHL warehouse in NY (as shown by the tracking) and then disappeared off the radar. . It's worth $150 and have received no reimbursement. I'm really bummed because if I'd sent it normal post or directly through a courier, I would get reimbursed for the value of the lost package. It's also frustrating because it's so easy to see where it got lost. (At the DHL warehouse in NY). I know that you'll just keep saying that Parcel Monkey are not a courier so it's not your fault, but that's a cop out. You're the one selling the service- YOU should be the one fixing the problem. It's not good enough. Have learnt my lesson and won't use again.
