Lost in Germany

Package was never delivered to my client. Package never went through customs as my client was never contacted for tariffs due on imports. ParcelMonkey dropped the ball as did DHL.

All good except unexpected fees. Two packages were sent from the US to approximately the same area of the UK. One package went direct US -> UK, and the other went US-> DE -> UK and incurred additional customs charges.
