Great team, good communication and relentless follow up

I sent out a package to Europe a few months ago. My package was not delivered on time and was actually missing most of the time. it did take months to be delivered and no one could track it. BUT Parcel Monkey was always communicating the status directly with me. their support is great. unfortunately, their European Service Partner dropped the ball on this one but this has NOTHING to do with how hard the Parcel Monkey team worked to rectify this issue.
I did get a refund on my shipping fee and am still upset with my package not being delivered on time but again, I cannot blame Parcel Monkey.
