After reading all the reviews, I was very fearful that my package would be lost. I sent a package from NYC to London and thankfully it was received in less than 2 weeks. The only thing was that there was no update on the package until after almost a week. Otherwise, it was great. I was able to send my package for half the cost of USPS. Very satisfied.
