STOLE MY ITEMS

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The package took longer than promised to arrive (I understand that part, with the COVID 19 going on). What I don't understand is why there were items missing from my package. The receiver said that the box had been opened (because it was packed different from how I packed it) and told me only 3 out of the 6 items were inside the box. I am VERY dissatisfied with this service and will be demanding a refund.

Horrible! Lost my package and no resolution after a month.

Parcel Monkey/DHL eCommerce lost a package I sent over a month ago to France from the US. Their response to my inquiries has been canned, not helpful, with no sense of urgency and no proactivity. They have not responded to my request for a refund, a call, or more details on the whereabouts of the package. They keep telling me they are "working on it", but there has been no resolution. I am furious and I am disgusted with their service and they way they treat customers. Shame on you, Parcel Monkey, and your DHL eCommerce pals too.
