Two major problems:
1) Packages go weird route ( from the USA to Europe and back to America)
2) 'Last mile' delivery done by local post companies, terrible service and cancel idea of using DHLParcel Monkey replied on 07/17/19

Never Again

My package was mailed on May 23, 2019. Package has still not arrived. I have made numerous contacts to try and get an update on this package. There has been no tracking updates since June 3. Package should have arrived in 14-16 days. In spite of numerous contacts on my part, I have received no information. My return address, email, and phone number of recipient were all given and still nothing. Never again!

Upon checking there was an error with the address therefore this is why this was delayed. We encourage our customers to double check the addresses before sending just to make sure everything is correct as then delays are unlikely to happen.
