An unmitigated failure.

The package was never delivered and neither I or the intended recipient were contacted about a supposed delivery problem, even though you had both our contact information. Then to exasperate the problem the package was supposedly shipped back to the states without any approval to do so. Then your company claims it's not your fault. Even though I paid your company to facilitate delivery, thereby putting the responsibility for the package delivery in your company's respective hands. Now after many months your company wants me to pay even more to receive the package you failed to deliver in the first place. I tend to find that patently absurd. If anything it is I who should be receiving a refund from your company for it's failure to carry out it's obligation to deliver the package I paid your company to have delivered.

not sure if its a dhl issue or a parcel monkey issue.
tracking number given did not work for couple of days and was given the ran around of "package is in transit, no available date of arrival" - the reason for a tracking number is so you can track the package while it is in transit.Parcel Monkey replied on 06/03/19
