I sent my painting from USA to the customer in UK. Parcel was in transit much longer then usually and when it got to UK the customs processing fee was so high the customer decided to return it. It was in June 2018 and now is January 30, 2019 and I haven’t receive my package back and customer service doesn’t give me any time frame when I can get my package back.

Upon checking this further, the parcel was returned due to numerous failed attempts with the delivery. Our support team are currently looking into this and will update you once we have received this item in our Returns warehouse.

CZ gift shipping using DHL

Sent a gift package to the Czech Republic. The DHL eCommerce through Parcel Monkey was definitely the least expensive method to get it there. I had never sent items internationally and the info was clear about the needed forms and packaging. It did take 4 weeks to get there, but I knew it wasn't an express service and CZ customs held it for a week.
