While fortunately the contents of the package arrived in one piece, and in a very reasonable period of time, the package itself was all taped up and the box was broken and ripped. I'm glad I didn't send anything fragile.

Overall I'm happy as it is a really good alternative to very expensive USPS. But "11 to 22 business days delivery" took exactly 22 business days: 11 days in US, 4 days in destination country and 7 days in between. I actually hoped that DHL would deliver it faster.
