My package from New York to London sat in a distribution center for 3 weeks before being shipped. Far from the 10 business days promised. The price isn't so much better than USPS that I'm willing to accept that sort of delay.

DHL did a great job once they received the package from Parcel Monkey. I can't believe it takes more than 3 weeks to get from California to Australia. Not DHL's fault. Parcel Monkey isn't that great a consolidator and their communications are extremely poor, at best. Shall I emphasize EXTREMELY?

Package lost

Well I gave a review because the satus of my package is “delivered” after so many attempts on trying to find the location of the package, they went to custom today to find out that package is lost. So dissapointed. And now y’all saying the package is in return process but according to the tracking number was delivered Dec/7/2018... almost February and package is in “return process”. I thought this was a serious shipping company. I do not recommend this company, please avoid a headache!
