Although the price was about half as the post office it took 1.5 months to deliver and then people in the destination ALSO had to pay money. Slow and disappointing but it did make it.

Good delivery service, improve delivery estimate

For the most part, package was easily tracked via its travels from Florida to Austria in about the time estimated. However, estimated time does NOT include time from when you actually drop off the package to when it arrived at the parcel monkey distribution center in New Jersey. When ordering, I understood the tracking wouldn’t start until then, but the time estimated implies from when the customer drops off package. The delivery estimate should either include the estimate of getting to the 1st distribution center or the customer should be informed that delivery estimate does not include initial delivery time to distribution center. This would set better and more fair expectations for the customer before purchasing the order.
