Very nice price but slow service. It took 2 weeks to leave the United States then only 5 more days to be delivered in Germany.

Your service needs improvement.

Very Poor Service from a Reputable Courier

My parcel was held at customs for a about a week and then it wasn't delivered for an additional week after 2 failed delivery attepts. I chose DHL because I have never had these types of delays before. I checked late last night and it's delivered. Great. But the recepient doesn't have it. She calls to the depot and they tell her it was delivered to and signed for by someone else and she doesn't know this person. So now my wedding invitations and my sister in law's bridesmaid dress are nowhere to be found and my wedding is in 6 weeks. This is the absolute worst service I have had from such a reputable courier.
