Thank you for contacting us via Live Chat today.
We can now confirm that this shipment has been cancelled as requested, I will now pass this over to our finance department who will be able to assist with the refund process (takes 3-5 working days to clear).
In the unlikely event that the courier should show up before the cancellation reaches drivers daily manifest - please do not handover your parcel or your account would be charged.

Am DHL Express account holder as eCommerce not available in South Africa. Whenever the sender makes use of eCommerce I know it will arrive safely. Great service
