YOU SHOULD JUST BURN YOUR MONEY AND ITEM...ITS THE SAME THING

Lost my package shipped to Italy. I shipped something staying to a friend back in February, and its been almost 6 MONTHS now and it still hasn't been delivered. My friend has now come to visit me in the states, where I could have just given him the item and saved myself the money and headache. STAY AWAY FROM PARCEL MONKEY AND STAY AWAY FROM DHL... I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. They will lose your items and do nothing to recover them, or assure you its still on the way.

Took Way longer than estimated

Took way longer than estimated to deliver my package. The first delivery attempt failed on July 2nd and it wasn't delivered until July 24th. So few tracking updates are given.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The recipient has been notified about the customs charges on the 2nd of July and the payment has been received on the 20th of July by local customs.

Broken delivery

Despite the very careful packaging, some porcelain items arrived broken. Very disappointed but can not fault the packing, I believe it must have gone through some very rough handling.
